Tim is responsible for business development in the Northeast Region. He brings 30 years’ experience in industrial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

As Senior Managing Director at CBRE, Tim oversaw the Bethesda and Baltimore operations. He led a team of more than 100 professionals including brokers, property managers, project managers, appraisers and asset managers, to execute strategic, integrated and comprehensive commercial real estate services for tenants/occupiers and property owners. His additional focus was to oversee the vertical integration of the industrial, retail and multi-family sectors throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

As Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer at First Potomac Realty in Bethesda, Tim was widely recognized for his market knowledge , relationship building skills and leadership approach in this real estate community. He was responsible for managing and directing overall leasing performance of a 15.5 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, and business park properties in the Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia markets, a portfolio with an asset value of approximately $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining First Potomac, Tim was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow in Baltimore where he represented numerous tenants, landlords on office and industrial space throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Tim is an active Board Member and former Chapter President of NAIOP DC | MD and he also sits on the National NAIOP board.
