Michelle serves as Draw Accountant & Office Manager at Logistics Property Company. Her responsibilities include the preparation of construction draws and sworn statements, processing change orders and budget revisions, and obtaining and reviewing lien waivers for accuracy.

She is also provided general office manager duties for Logistics Property Company’s Baltimore-Washington office.

Prior to Logistics Property Company, Michelle worked at Colliers International as Property Administrator. She has more than 15 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
