Mary serves as a Corporate Paralegal, at Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC) by assisting in corporate legal and governance. She also provides support in facilitating the financial process of industrial real estate development projects across North America.

Mary has more than 8 years of experience in corporate law on a wide variety of legal, compliance, financial and corporate transactions. She has experience as a paralegal in both private practice and in-house legal teams.

Prior to LPC, Mary was a Corporate Paralegal at OppFi, a leading financial technology platform that powers banks to help everyday consumers gain access to credit.
