As Senior Vice President, Development Management at Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), Kimberly is responsible for the pre-development, development and construction of both speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects for the South Region.
Prior to joining LPC, Kimberly was Vice President, Principal in Charge, for Huitt-Zollars, a National Engineering/Architecture Consulting firm, where she oversaw the Urban Development Practice for Fort Worth office.
Kimberly is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with over 15 years of civil engineering consulting experience in land development. Her projects include large acre master planned communities, multi-family, hospitality, retail, and entertainment. She has successfully entitled numerous projects both large and small in different municipalities both locally in DFW and other locations in the US. She has helped developers secure different forms of economic development funding including public private partnerships, 380/381 tax agreements, and Public Improvement Districts (PID).
She was appointed by the Fort Worth City Manager to serve as member of the Development Advisory Committee (DAC) for the City of Fort Worth. This committee is dedicated to the improvement of development standards and processes within the City of Fort Worth. She resides on several sub-committees and tasks forces to improve development within the Fort Worth community.
