Kathleen Bonesz serves as Senior Vice President in the West Region where she is responsible for due diligence, entitlements, design and construction for new development and investment opportunities. Kathleen manages all aspects of the development process from initial design planning, entitlements and permitting, and through the construction process in the western United States. Kathleen is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and previously worked at Kimley-Horn and Associates as a civil engineer. She has over 10 years of experience in real estate development including due diligence, contract negotiation, project management, project design, and acquiring entitlements. Kathleen’s engineering background and experience with the due diligence and development process brings a unique perspective with respect to land use, site constraints, and risk mitigation.
