Irma serves as Senior Project Accountant at Logistics Property Company where she is responsible for the preparation of financial statements.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Irma was a Lead Analyst within the Alternative Real Estate Investments Wealth Management Division at Bank of NY Mellon, where she worked on development project funding, and reviewing financial statements for commercial, office, industrial and housing communities.

She has a strong background in commercial retail property financial reporting with over 15 years of accounting experience at national shopping center malls with Brookfield Properties Retail (formerly GGP). Irma also prepared financial statements for Chicagoland small scale retail centers, most recently at Mid-America Asset Management Inc.
